The site collects information visitors voluntarily submit (name, email, phone through contact and inquiry forms) and automatically collected data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through online analytics (such as Google Analytics).
How it is used.
Information is used to respond to inquiries, provide scheduling information, send communications (with consent for marketing), and improve the site. It is not used to make clinical decisions.
Cookies.
The site uses essential analytics (such asGoogle Analytics) and preference cookies. Visitors can disable cookies through browser settings. The site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
Affiliate disclosures.
Consistent with the Terms, the Privacy Policy discloses affiliate relationships with Oura, Apollo Neuro, and AG1 and notes that affiliate arrangements do not influence clinical recommendations.
No data selling.
Personal information is never sold, rented, or traded.
Third-party vendors.
Vendors (analytics, scheduling, email tools) may access site data only to perform services on Buoy Healthcare's behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Data breach.
In the event of a breach affecting site data, Buoy Healthcare will notify affected individuals as required by Washington law (RCW 19.255.010).
Children.
The site does not collect information from children under 13.
